a) Insurance: Our standard policy regarding delivery responsibility is that our responsibility ends once the goods leave our facilities. Should any delivery problems arise, we will work to assist you as much as possible, however, you will be responsible for filing all claims with the delivery courier. We do offer optional insurance for your order (highly recommended) at a rate of $4.00 per order, regardless of the order amount. When your order is insured, we take responsibility for delivery right up until the goods are received.

b) Shipping & Handling: We ship using FEDEX or UPS with your choice of either Standard Overnight or Economy (2 to 3 day) service. Shipping costs are based on weight and destination. Please refer to the following tables for shipping charges within the USA, to Canada, and International.
